Processing Policy

All pre-order items are made to order. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for processing and production before shipment, as we may experience a high volume of orders during preorder periods.

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the courier and destination.

Ready to ship/on hand items are typically dispatched within 1 business day.

With that being said we do ask for your patience when ordering from us.

Shipping Policy

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once your order is placed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. So please, keep in mind the shipping times stated above and make sure you're putting the correct address at checkout

Please note, SEMI is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with USPS at [800] 275-8777
